By accessing or using Rain Dance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. The host/admin owner account may not be self-deleted through the app.
The private Community is a paid digital subscription offered at $0.45/week or $20/year, billed through Stripe via a web-based checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through Stripe; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Payments are processed by Stripe, not by any app-store in-app purchase system.
The Shop sells physical ritual instruments. Merchandise purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe Checkout, with shipping addresses collected at payment. Prices and availability are shown in the Shop. The Shop is separate from the Community subscription.
Community access is limited to active subscribers and the host. You may upload videos, post comments, and (as host) post meetups. You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may moderate or remove content, and the host may moderate comments and meetups. Abuse of the Community may result in removal of content or access.
You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to host and display it within the app. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate third-party rights.
The app, its design, generated routines, and branding are owned by Rain Dance. Generated routines are provided for personal, non-commercial ritual use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rain dances are a ritual practice and we make no claim that they affect actual weather. Community content reflects the views of its authors, not Rain Dance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rain Dance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
